• Arrange a site visit and carry out work you ask us to do

We process your information because you have asked us to provide a quote or service (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract), and on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our enquiry form. Enquiries sent through our website are stored securely in our website’s database and sent to us by email. Our website is hosted in a secure data centre by our hosting provider. We only share your information with service providers who help us run our website and email, and only as needed for those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years so we can follow up on quotes and answer any questions about past work. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as needed for our legal, accounting and warranty obligations (normally up to 6 years). After that, your information is securely deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no information is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit. The only cookies set are those essential for the website to work, such as security cookies used when our enquiry form is submitted, or login cookies for site administrators.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to restrict or stop using your information
• Object to how we use your information
