As the Property Operations Manager for National Trust Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, we have used AJS Property Renovation as one of our main contractors across the portfolio since 2021, from working on historic buildings, access and improvement projects and maintaining our let estate residential and commercial properties.
Without exception, we have found Adam and the team to be proactive, supportive and with an amazingly flexible ‘can do’ approach and attitude. In a busy visitor centric dynamic business we have always needed the swift and organised approach that AJS Property Renovation cope with, buying in to each project as much as we do as an NT team.
We have a very strict rule that all of our contractors should be able and happy to interact with staff, volunteers and visitors alike, we have found AJS Property Renovation to be presentable and a wonderful representative of both them and us as the client at the Trust, AJS Property Renovation have taken this on and amplified the experience for everyone, an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend AJS and their high quality attention to detail and desire to always leave everything in a wonderfully better position than they found it.
